Cardinal Land Surveying provided topographic survey services for a commercial industrial site located in the City of Dixon, California in support of a detailed drainage study and engineering evaluation.


Survey services included establishing precise project control tied to a local benchmark, collecting high-accuracy topographic data, and mapping critical surface features throughout the site. A comprehensive Digital Terrain Model (DTM) was prepared and provided to the project engineer to assist in evaluating drainage conditions and identifying where stormwater enters and exits the property.
