Field Investigation

Our crew locates existing monuments (iron pipes, brass discs, or wood hubs) and measures their positions.

Monument Setting

If corners are missing, we set new, durable markers to clearly define your boundaries.

Deliverables

You receive a professional survey map (or "Plat") and, if required by California law, we file a Record of Survey or Corner Record with the county.
