Montebello Terrace HOA Boundary Survey

Cardinal Land Surveying was retained to perform a comprehensive boundary survey and prepare a Record of Survey for the Montebello Terrace community located in the Oakland Hills of California.

The project required extensive field reconnaissance within steep, heavily vegetated terrain and involved detailed evaluation of historical subdivision mapping, record documents, existing monumentation, and occupation evidence. Due to the importance of the boundary determinations and involvement of multiple stakeholders, the survey demanded a disciplined and evidence-driven approach.

Through an extensive monument recovery effort and careful reconciliation of record and field evidence, Cardinal Land Surveying successfully established the exterior subdivision boundaries and replaced missing monumentation where necessary. The resulting Record of Survey was efficiently reviewed and accepted by Alameda County.

This project reflects Cardinal Land Surveying’s commitment to delivering accurate, defensible boundary solutions for HOA communities and complex residential developments throughout the Bay Area.
