Legacy Innovative Builders retained Cardinal Land Surveying to perform a lot line determination and topographic survey for a residential addition and remodel project located within the City of Vacaville, California.


Survey services included recovering and analyzing subdivision monumentation, researching record mapping information, and establishing the property boundaries necessary to accurately determine applicable building setback lines for the proposed improvements.
